so i'm home again. and i must say my first day back in houston has been pretty fucking incredible.
this is what i did.
-went to sleep late last night due to staying up thinking about awesome shit in the dark of my bedroom
-woke up early this morning
-drank a shit ton of coffee
-rode my bike to the thrift store earlier then my room mates woke up
-bought a new keyboard
-bought adventures in babysitting
-watched half of adventures in babysitting
-smoked weed in my back yard due to a suprise visit of jen kirsten and liz bailey
-played keyboard stoned until brad came over
-ate at pepper tree
-got an awesome email .... fuck y'all this shit is awesome.
i'm stoked.
come to houston.

i spent new years eve in brooklyn. making my way up there with piedmonster in a van with 9 people in it.
crazy.
i made out with alot of people i wanted to make out with.
now i'm back in dc and i'm tired. and life is cool.

i'm thinking of naming my next musical project "the great outdoors" or "little hugs" (the name of that popular fruit drink that comes in a little barrel shaped plastic bottle known to turn yer tounge colors and make you barf if you drink 5 in a row)
also has anyone else but me noticed that as you ride over waugh bridge heading south at 5:30 in the morning that after the bayou it's all of a sudden like 5 degrees warmer? yeah it's pretty cool. i mean in a warmer way.
i'm leaving for DC in 2 days.
it's 80 degrees in DC right now and everyone is surfing and wearing flip flops... jealous?

christmas is weird. family is weird.
drinking on christmas with yer family is weird.
i had to leave my aunts house because my brother showed up and he's an abusive asshole i don't wanna hang out with.
so i walked to the end of her street and found this big stick and i dragged it all the way back to her house planning on hitting my brother in the face with it.
my cousin helped my wrap it and we gave it to him for christmas.
i cried and got in a fight with my dad on the way back home.
but it was actually kind nice.

i think i'm gonna quit dating again... at least until the new year at which time i will make the resolution to go on 10 dates in the month of january.
i basically suck at dating though so i'm not sure this will happen.

kater and lee just left in a car headed to the airport to head off back to DC.
brad and i are so enamored by the twosome we made plans to attend DC festivities for the new year. so look the fuck out yankees. positive youth fest.
i'm feeling pretty down about some jealousy/polyamorus shit... i guess if you are vauge and beat around the bush it doesn't help anyone feel more secure. it's fucked up to be a place where you might not believe someone you love.
in other news i have a crush on someone i don't really know and have never really met only kind of. fuck yeah.

so its fucking cold outside... like what is going on seriously... i live in texas for a reason.
ponybears group breakfast had tacos this morning. 1/2 of them ate in bed. the other half whilst dancing around the kitchen tryin to get thier feetles warm.
i went to galveston the other day with april and it was wonderful all cold and desolate. i always wanna move there when i visit in the winter...
shit is special.
lee and kater from dc/richmond are coming to town! whos excited? ME!
also rosa had our last show and it was wierd. but good. good and wierd...

so yeah i'm not sure if this band is offically broken up or not... because we never talk about it.... but all that aside! we are playing a "final" show (final as in it's not "offically" final cuz i have lofty ambitions of us having a reunion in like 2 years when we are all old and more worldly.... er 22)

sometimes you think things are gonna be really wierd and yer face gets all red cuz of the blood in it. but things are okay. and yer face clams down and you stay up late and watch really good movies and talk about art.
keep on the lookout for the "are we friends? are we still friends? are we friends?" greeting card set that i'm in the process of making.
i like kirke because he takes me to history class. after that we went to our new practice space and played drums. we each had a kit and it was so loud and great. i never liked drum circles but i think i'm really going to like what i have taken to calling "drum club".
